The following steps are required for account holders to place bets using their phones. The IVR will notify the account holder of the relevant draw date and provide a selection corresponding to the relevant number that the account holder must select. If an account betting system provides a draw date for participating in TOTO 안전놀이터Games for the avoidance of suspicion, the date notified to the account holder shall always refer to the available date closest to the call date.
Account holders must make a final confirmation of their bet immediately before placing a bet. If the Account Holder requests to place a bet, the Account Holder shall be deemed to have offered us the best options and bets. After the offer has been made, we will proceed with wager deductions.
Monetary deduction
If the deduction of the money required to pay the bet is not or cannot be completed, we may void and reject the bet. In this case, the Company may, at its sole discretion, make suggestions to the account holder that the Company deems appropriate. Bets will be considered valid and accepted only if the required bet amount for the applicable draw has been paid in full. It is determined that the account holder’s instructions given to us by telephone are ambiguous, contradictory or inconsistent. In that event, we may revoke these instructions or act in good faith and reasonable assumptions as to what these instructions mean. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to verify any instructions received from an Accountholder before acting on such instructions and, if we are unable to confirm such instructions, the right not to continue such instructions. We are not responsible for any claims, losses or damages arising from your compliance with or failure to comply with such instructions.
We reserve the right not to accept any instruction received for any reason. We shall not be liable, as claimed by the Account Holder, for any damages suffered by the Account Holder due to receiving or not receiving instructions from the Account Holder.
We reserve the right but are not bound, to refer to the simultaneous recording of telephone conversations with Accountholders at our sole discretion to resolve disputes with Accountholders.
Subject to the betting limits referred to in Rule 1.6, the Company will, at its sole discretion, place bets through the Account Betting System on a series of 10 draws (“TOTO Flat Rates”) based on the numbers selected for a particular entry. We may make options available (choose either quick or self-pick).
